This application was filed for bringing the legal heirs of appellant no.4 - Sakharbai Ghansham Salunke on record. However, the appeal itself is disposed of vide order dated 22nd September, 2022. Even otherwise, the legal heirs who are sought to be brought on record are already parties in the appeal and they can move necessary application for withdrawal of the amount. In that view of the matter, civil application is disposed of accordingly.
