The learned A.P.P. submits that none of the applicants are made accused in the instant matter, after filing the charge sheet. We have also gone through the copy of charge sheet dated 25.12.2019, in the instant crime as provided by the learned A.P.P. On perusal, it is evident that only one Venkatesh Nagoji Surushe is made accused in this crime. As such, since none of the applicants are arrayed as an accused in the instant matter, the cause of action for this application does not survive. As such, it stands disposed of.
