Deputy Director of Health Services - respondent No.3 appears to have withheld petitioners' monthly salary for last five months besides the requisite allowances. He is, therefore, directed to release the same except non-practicing allowance (NPA) forthwith and continue to pay the same until petitioners render service. In view of the same, the Civil Application No.4566 of 2025 stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. 3.
