PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Learned AGP, on instructions of Dr.Lahane Baliram Pandharinath, Jt.Director (H.E.), who is present in this Court, makes a statement that, it is undisputed position that each of the petitioners is entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lacs). 2) In the circumstances and in view of the statement made by learned AGP, applicant Nos. 2 to 130 are allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each, as per the Judgment and Order dated 30.1.2013 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.908/2013.
