Mr. S.S. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that reservation applied, is not in consonance with the rules. The ward formation is also not in consonance with the rules. The boundaries of the ward are not shown. Objection was raised. The authority did not follow the guidelines issued by the State Election Commission in respect of formation of wards. Without assigning any reason, the objection is rejected. 2.

We have also heard Mr. Kadethankar, learned counsel for State Election Commission and the learned A.G.P.

The objection it appears, has been rejected in February, 2020. The fnal ward list is published on 2 th October, 2020. 4.

The election programme is already declared on 15th December, 2020. The Nominations are to be accepted from 23rd December, 2020, 5.

As the election process has already commenced, it would not be appropriate to interfere at this stage. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
