In an appeal preferred by the present petitioners, which was barred by limitation, Ad hoc District Judge-2, Dhule, ordered condonation of delay, upon payment of costs of Rs.1000/-, within a period of fifteen days, which was not adhered to by the petitioners, as a consequence, the petitioners moved an application for grant of extension of time to deposit the costs, which also came to be rejected on 18th March, 2015. 2.

In my opinion, once the request qua extension of time for deposit of costs is rejected, the consequence will follow that the application for condonation of delay is dismissed, so also the appeal. In view thereof, the present petition stands dismissed.

The petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate steps against order impugned, as are available in law.
