It appears that Criminal Application filed by the present applicant came to be dismissed in view of conditional order passed by this Court on 14.02.2024. Time of four weeks was granted to carry out amendment. However, the learned Advocate for the applicant submits that since applicant had not given instruction within time, he could not carry out the same. Now he undertakes to carry out that amendment.

In view of the said fact, Criminal Application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B) subject to deposit cost of Rs.2000/- on or before 25.10.2024 before High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Aurangabad. 3.

The applicant to carry out amendment on or before 14.11.2024. The copy of charge-sheet and amended application be given to the other side in advance.
