Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that order dated 02.03.2016 passed by learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Divisional, below Exhibit-31 in Regular Civil Suit No. 308 of 2015 is challenged in the present writ petition. He informs that during the pendency of writ petition compromise is arrived at between the parties and accordingly suit itself has been disposed of.
