Heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

The learned A. G. P. on instructions states that, the proposal is now received with the respondent No. 3 and the respondent No. 3 would take necessary steps and forward it to the respondent No. 1, if it complies with all legal requirements.

If the said proposal satisfies all legal requirements, then the respondent No. 3 shall forward it for further process to the respondent No. 1 for taking decision expeditiously. The learned A. G. P. submits that, the same would be submitted within a period of four (04) weeks from today to the Government. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
