Issue notice to the sole respondent. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the sole respondent. 3.

Instant application is for suspension of sentence and grant of bail on account of impugned Judgment and Order dated 17.03.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge - 1, Parbhani in Criminal Appeal No.39/2021, whereby dismissed the appeal filed by the applicants herein and confirmed the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jintur, on 28.10.2021 in S.C.C. No.203/2011, whereby the present applicants were held guilty and convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal

2 912 Code, 1860 bearing Crime No.83/2011, registered at Jintur Police Station (Rural).

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the fine amount of Rs.5,000/- is deposited.

Perused the papers including the Judgment and Orders under challenge by way of Revision. The applicants were reported to be on bail during trial.

Therefore, in the light of above, relief of suspension of sentence and grant of bail deserves to be granted. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(I) Criminal Application stands allowed.

(II) The substantive sentence imposed on the applicants in S.C.C. No.203/2011 vide order dated 28.10.2021 by the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jintur, District Parbhani, which is confirmed on 17.03.2025 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Parbhani in Criminal Appeal No.39/2021, stands suspended till the final hearing and disposal of Criminal Revision Application No. 107 of 2025.

(III) The applicants be released on P.R. Bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
