This is an application for setting aside the Registrar's order dated 23.11.2015, refusing registration of the petition for non removal of office objections.

For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The impugned order passed by the Registrar is set aside and the petition is restored to its original number. Delay occurred in presenting instant application is condoned. Petitioner to remove office objections within four weeks from today.
