PER COURT :- There is an innocuous prayer in the Petition in as much as the direction is sought to the respondent no.3 i.e. Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded to correct the spelling of tribe of the petitioner in Caste Certificate.

Without entering upon the merits of the contentions raised in the Petition or about the matter pending before the said Authority, we direct the Respondent No.3 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within four weeks from receipt of the copy of this order on its own merits.
