PER COURT:- The claim of the petitioners for employment as against reservation for Project Affected Persons (PAP) category has been turned down on the ground that one person in the family has already received the benefit. The petitioners contend that several such ineligible candidates have been appointed by the University and benefit has been extended to them.

The petitioners cannot claim parity in the matter of appointment on the basis of illegality committed by the respondents. It would be open for the petitioners to bring to the notice of this court, an

{2} 920,934,906 sr.no..odt illegality in respect of appointment of any ineligible candidate and if such challenge is raised, it would be appropriately dealt with.
