Heard learned Counsel for the applicant - wife. The respondent husband, though served with notice but remained absent.

The applicant - wife is seeking transfer of Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 8 of 2022 pending in the Family Court, Solapur filed by respondent - husband for getting permanent alimony under Section 25 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 to the Family Court, Aurangabad.

According to the applicant - wife, even after dissolution of their marriage the respondent has filed this frivolous Pooja K.

988-MCA-91-2023 application for getting permanent alimony. There is no oppose to the application. Therefore considering the convenience of applicant - wife following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 8 of 2022 pending in Family Court, Solapur is transferred to the Family Court, Aurangabad for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before the Family Court on or before 1st July, 2023. (iv) The application is disposed of accordingly. [ SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE ] JUDGE Pooja K.
