Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. As the petitioner approached this Court with a limited prayer thereby seeking direction to Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, the petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage. Issue notice to respondents made returnable forthwith. Learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for both the respondents.

The petitioner, while prosecuting his studies in 12th Standard Science in the School namely Kakasaheb Julalbhau Rathod, Medium and Higher Secondary Ashram Shala, Walthan,
(2) WP No.3902/2019 Taluka Chalisgaon, District Jalgaon, his proposal was submitted to the Scrutiny Committee for validation. By way of on-line process also the petitioner submitted his claim. The claim was accepted by the Scrutiny Committee on 13.11.2018. The petitioner appeared for the National Eligibility Entrance Test and is desirous of seeking the admission to the professional courses. As such, he is in need of validity certificate. 3.
This being a limited grievance, the petition is disposed of at the admission stage with directions to respondent No.2-Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and not later than 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.

Authenticated copy to the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Pleader.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 to communicate this order to the Committee.
