Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the respondent.

In Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 25 of 2010, compensation of Rs. 16,70,000/- is awarded to the claimants. Though learned counsel for the appellant disputed the quantum of compensation, considering the award and nature of litigation, I feel it desirable to allow withdrawal of 50% amount out of the deposited amount, subject to following conditions.

Civil Application is allowed. Applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited

ca7236.18 compensation, subject to condition that applicant nos. 1, 3 and 4 shall file written undertaking in the First Appeal within 15 days from the date of this order that they would re-deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court.

The Registrar (Judicial) to act upon accordingly.

Civil Application is disposed of.
