Applicant is seeking to condone the delay of 359 days caused in filing the appeal. Notice of this application was served upon respondents. Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2. However, none appears for respondent No.3/acquiring body.

Perused the application and reasons as stated therein, the applicant is litigating for getting just compensation of acquired land. Sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. In result, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B). Delay of 359 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Appeal be registered.
