The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. It appears that Acquiring Body has deposited only 50% of the total compensation amount alongwith proportionate interest. 3.

This Court, vide order dated 20.06.2023 passed in other connected matters, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the deposited amounts. In view of the same, present applicants are also permitted to withdraw the
