Both the sides are present. Seen the prayer clause. Prayer is made to see that the award is declared under the provisions of new Act i.e. the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in and Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Reply affidavit is filed by the respondent, State and along with it, copy of award delivered by SLAO dated 10.12.2015 is produced and it is as per the new Act. It is also submitted that this award is also challenged by the present petitioner by filing Writ Petition No. 6716/2015.
