Heard Mr.Jaybhar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. He submits that objection as to the court fees is already removed. Entire court fees is deposited.

By this application, the applicant seeks to condone delay of 577 days caused in filing the appeal against award passed by the Reference Court. Perused the reasons as stated in paragraph nos.5 to 8. Apparently, applicant could not file appeal within time due to financial difficulties. Applicant is pursuing his remedy for getting just compensation towards the acquired land. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. In the result, application is allowed. Delay of 577 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. CA stands disposed of.
