Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel submits that now the UPSC examination is postponed. The respondent no.3 be directed to issue disability certificate in the proper format. In fact, respondent no.2 has already issued disability certificate to the petitioner.

The petitioner may approach respondent no.3. The respondent no.3 after examining the petitioner and as per the procedure shall issue disability certificate as may be permissible in the proper format preferably within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date the petitioner appears before respondent no.3.

The respondents may consider the disability certificate issued in proper format by respondent no.3, as the petitioner is already issued with the disability certificate by respondent no.2 earlier.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
