Both these Petitions are filed challenging the orders passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur investing the amount in fixed deposit.

Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions with liberty to make

4893.19WP+.odt appropriate applications before the Railway Claims Tribunal seeking permission to withdraw the amount invested in fixed deposit or in the alternative to pay the interest over the fixed deposit to the petitioners after interval of every three months.
