The grievance of the petitioner is that, the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may be directed to take steps to recover the gratuity amount from the Respondent No. 1. as per the revenue recovery certificate dated 20/10/2008.

The petition is filed 6 years back. The said amount may

2 W.P. 3910/2011 have been recovered. In case the revenue recovery certificate in question is not yet executed and the entire amount as per the said recovery certificate is not recovered, then the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall take the steps to recover the same expeditiously.
