1) The petition is for habeas corpus.

2) In view of direction given by this Court the girl was traced and was produced before Court on 5-5-2015. Today the girl is before the Court and the petitioner is also before the Court. The girl has given her age as 15 years and 6 months and she is educated up to 9th Standard. There is possibility that she had left the house of the relatives. The parents appear to be poor persons. Detail

2 Cr WP 458 of 2015 inquiry needs to be made before giving custody of the girl to anybody.

3) In view of the facts and circumstances, this Court holds that, the concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class or the Juvenile Justice Board needs to make proper inquiry and take decision about the custody of the girl. Till then she is to be kept in Observation Home. The concerned authority may take her before the concerned Magistrate or the Juvenile Justice Board for obtaining specific order.

4) As the purpose of this petition is served, the petition is disposed of.
