Ashish Bhagorao Rathod, has been arraigned in the charge-sheet dated 31.03.2020 bearing No. 49/2020. The name of Ashish Rathod is not mentioned in the FIR. 02.

Leave to add Ashish Bhagorao Rathod as applicant no. 5. Addition be carried out forthwith.
