Heard. Issue notice to respondents. The learned AGP waives service for respondent No.1 and the learned counsel Mr. V. V. Tarde waives notice for Acquiring Body.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in these applications. The delay appears to be caused due to their financial crisis.

The learned AGP as well as the learned counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that the delay is not properly explained.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods as mentioned in these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the said delay periods.

Appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
