The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.3A-1 to 3F, on instructions, states that name of Mohini Nitin Sonawane is mentioned in the Civil Application at Sr. No.3A-4 as the proposed legal heir of deceased Respondent-Bharat Bhausaheb Waghchaure. In fact, she is the daughter of Respondent No.3B-Pradip Bhausaheb Waghchaure and she is not the legal heir of deceased-Bharat Bhausaheb Waghchaure.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants, therefore, seeks leave to delete the name of proposed Respondent No.3A-4 from the Civil Application. Permission granted. Amendment to be carried out during the course of day.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. 4.
Since the learned Advocate Mr. B. V. Dhage appears for Respondent Nos.3A-1 to 3F, no separate notice is required to be issued in the main writ petition.
