By this intervention application, applicant prays to be added as a party-respondent in second appeal. 2.

The application is strongly opposed by respondents contending that applicants have already filed separate suit for asserting their rights and in the said suit they have also prayed that decrees passed in present second appeal are not binding on them. Applicants are cousins of appellants and respondents. Considering the fact that applicants have already filed substantive civil suit, and applicants and respondents have already caused appearance and are contesting the same, this intervention application is rejected.
