This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant/M.S.R.T.C. in this Court under impugned judgment and award.

Considering the peculiar facts of the application, application deserves to be partly allowed. Hence, following order:

Civil Application is partly allowed.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw 50 percent amount out of deposited amount alongwith interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of.

This is an application seeking stay to the execution and operation to the impugned judgment and award. 2.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that as per the impugned judgment and award appellant has deposited the entire amount in this Court. Hence, following order:
