Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are situated in Kolkata (erstwhile Calcutta), State of West Bengal. The Applicant prays for substituted service. It is stated that the notices would be published by the Applicant at his own costs in the Times of India, Kolkata Edition and the copy of the newspaper would be produced on record.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The Applicant shall accordingly correct the address of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the Writ Petition, for issuance of notice. Correction be carried out forthwith.
