A limited grievance is raised by the petitioner. He was issued with a Tribe certificate as "Koli-Mahadeo" way back on 22.01.1991. Considering the presidential order and certain judicial pronouncements of this Court, the Tribe/Caste certificate must reflect the exact spelling of the Tribe/Caste. Apparently, the petitioner's Tribe Certificate carries a typographical / spelling mistake. A corrected certificate needs to be issued.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- khs/June 2022/4923

- 2 - [a] The petitioner shall submit his original "Koli Mahadeo" Tribe Certificate to the respondent authority on or before 08.07.2022.
