This application is filed seeking suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment of two years, awarded to applicant by the Sessions Judge, Nandurbar, vide order dated 26.02.2024 in Sessions Case No.7 of 2021. 2.

Applicant was on bail during trial and he has not misused the facility of bail. Applicant has deposited fine amount and his sentence is suspended for appeal period by the trial Court.

Application is, therefore, allowed. Substantive sentence of imprisonment of the applicant is hereby suspended on same terms and conditions imposed by the trial Court.
