This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased Sudhakar Manik Thombare, who expired on 18-07-2016. There are five legal representatives of deceased Sudhakar Manik Thombare, as mentioned in paragraph no.2 of the application.

There is delay of 3082 days in filing aforesaid application. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.2 to 4 of the application and in the interest of justice, delay caused in filing

{2} CA 6471 OF 2025 above application is required to be condoned. The legal representatives of deceased Sudhakar Manik Thombare, as shown in paragraph no.2 of the application, are required to be brought on record. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(I) Civil Application No.6471 of 2025 stands allowed. (II) The delay of 3082 days caused in filing application is hereby condoned and abetment, if any, stands set aside. (III) Legal representative of deceased Sudhakar Manik Thombare are permitted to be brought on record. (IV) Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

(V) Civil Application No.6471 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly.
