The petitioner seeks appointment on compassionate ground. 2.

According to the petitioner, the father of the petitioner died on 28.04.2010. On 02.07.2011 the petitioner has made an application to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 seeking appointment on compassionate ground. The said application is not considered by the respondents. 3.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that at present there is no class III or class IV post vacant with the respondents as per the qualification of the petitioner.

In case, there is no vacancy available with the parent institution, then in the Government Resolution dated 31.12.2002 procedure is prescribed of forwarding the proposal to the Education Officer and placing the petitioner in the wait list.

In the light of that, we pass the following order. 6.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall forward the proposal of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground to the Education Officer. The Education Officer shall place the petitioner in the wait list of the persons to be appointed on compassionate ground. If the vacancy arises in respondent Nos. 3 and 4 institution, then the petitioner can be accommodated in the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 institution else the Education Officer shall absorb the petitioner in some other institution as per his qualification and as per his turn in the wait list of the persons to be appointed on compassionate ground.
