This application has been fled by the accused-appellant as the applicant for enlargement on bail pending disposal of the related Criminal Appeal No.104 of 2019.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused various orders passed by this Court from time to time including the order dated 04.02.2021 in Criminal Application No.243 of 2021. We fnd that by the said order this Court had directed that Criminal Appeal No.104 of 2019 be fxed for fnal hearing on 20.04.2021. 3.

In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that it would be more appropriate and in the interest of justice if the related criminal appeal is fnally heard on 20.04.2021. However, looking to the order dated 03.04.2019 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.1061 of 2019, we make it clear that if for any reason the criminal appeal is not heard on 20.04.2021, in that event prayer for interim bail may be considered.
