The application is filed for condonation of delay of 1215 caused in filing appeal against the judgment and award of the reference Court. The acquiring body wants to challenge the decision. Heard both the sides.

In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is made out. In the result, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Notice in appeal.
