PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 has tendered across Bar the copy of Reply. The same is taken on record.

In the said affidavit, it is stated that, Respondents are ready to conduct the examination of additional students subject to the eligibility of the candidates and

compliances to be made. If the petitioners show compliance therewith, students with petitioners shall thereafter be examined by the Respondents. The petitioners needs to prove that they have completed the regular academic cycle of the students and students are eligible to take the examinations. The petitioners also need to pay the required programme fee of the students as per current guidelines of the Respondent, which includes student's registration fee, programme fee and examination fee.

In response to the reply filed by Respondent No.2, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions, submits that, the compliance stated in the said affidavit will be complied with on or before 28th April, 2014 by the petitioner.

In the light of above, the respondents shall find out whether students admitted by the petitioners are eligible for examination and if students are eligible arrange to hold their examination as alleged in the affidavit in reply.

With these directions, keeping all

rival contentions open, we dispose of the Petition. No costs.
