The petitioner is seeking compliance with the directions of this Court in the order passed by the learned Single Judge, quashing and setting aside College Tribunal's order. The management is adamant and is not taking appropriate steps for extending continuation of service and permanency benefits. 2.

Since the same prayers are being made by this petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution, in spite of disobedience of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, we refuse to entertain the petition, leaving the petitioner to resort to the remedy as is available to him in law for seeing to it that the order passed by the learned Single Judge is executing in letter and spirit. 3.

The writ petition is dismissed.
