The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation filed by the petitioner for deletion of name and/or deleting the mutation entries has not yet been decided. It is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the

{2} wp8318.22.odt petitioner that the petitioner has already filed a substantive suit for declaration and injunction. It is settled position that mutation entries are not final and they are always subject to the decision of the suit. The parties may take steps in tune with the judgment of the Civil Court that will be passed in the suit filed by the petitioner. All contentions are kept open.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
