Mr. Patil, the learned counsel holding for Shri S. R. Barlinge, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that, the order of the Grievance Committee stands implemented and petitioner has joined as a teacher with respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

On June 07, 2017, following order is passed by the Court. "Nobody is present for the petitioner. The learned AGP is present. If nobody turns up for the petitioner on the next date of hearing, the petition would be dismissed."

Today also when the matter is called out for final hearing, none appears for the petitioner. In view of this, the writ petition is dismissed. Rule discharged. No costs.
