The petitioner submits that he is aggrieved by an apology tendered by the Talathi on 12.12.2012 addressed to the Tahasildar. Owing to the wrong done by the Talathi to the petitioner, he should be subjected to a departmental enquiry and the Tahasildar has only accepted the apology and pardoned the Talathi.

This petition is obviously aimed at seeking initiation of disciplinary proceedings under service law against the Talathi. The apology was tendered on account of encircling of the petitioner's name in the 7/12 extract. The encircled mark was

*2* 954wp5445o22 removed after noticing the mistake and an apology was tendered 10 years ago.
