The application is filed for granting permission to make amendment by which the petitioner wants to show the designation of respondent No. 2 as Joint Director of Higher Education in place of Deputy Director. In view of the record and as the Joint Director has filed reply, the application is allowed. Permission is granted to make amendment. Amendment is to be carried out immediately. The learned AGP is already representing respondent No. 2 Joint Director. 2.

It appears that on 5.3.2018 one order was made in which surname of the petitioner was mentioned as 'Rajpur' when it should be 'Rajput'. Office to correct the surname and issue corrected copy accordingly.
