Notice issued on 21.04.2023 is served on respondent No.3 acquiring authority, as per the report of the Registry dated 11.07.2023. Despite several chances, none have appeared for respondent No.3. 02.

Learned AGP pointed out that the petitioner is entitled to the compensation amount as per the award dated 03.11.2017. An affidavit-inreply has been filed on 13.10.2023 pointing out in paragraph No.3 that respondent No.2 has already forwarded a demand proposal dated 27.09.2021 for an amount of Rs.8,20,563/- to respondent No.3.

Neither is respondent No.3 responding to this petition, nor is the said authority forwarding the amount to respondent No.2 for disbursement. 04.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 that it shall calculate the interest statutorily payable over and above Rs.8,20,563/- and the said amount shall be deposited by respondent No.3 with respondent No.2, on or before 30.04.2024. Thereafter, the amount shall be disbursed to the Petitioner as per the calculations and the chart set out at page No.16 by further adding the interest component, within 30 days.
