Heard both the sides. The delay of around 2833 days is caused in filing the appeals by the acquiring body. The acquiring body has contended that the matter was required to be processed and then various sanctions were required to be obtained for filing the proceeding and due to that the delay is caused. In view of the contents of the

-:(2):- application and the submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. Nothing could have been achieved by not filing the appeal in time by the acquiring body.

In the result, all the applications are allowed and disposed of. Delay is condoned.
