Heard rival submissions.

The applicant - acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay of 434 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages.

There is no strong objection from other side. In view of the same, delay of 434 days stands condoned.

4.

The appeal be placed for admissions after removal of offce objections, if any.

5.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1735 OF 2022 :

1.

The learned counsel for the applicant acquiring body submits that the acquiring body would deposit the entire amount of

2 955 ca 1734-22 compensation under the impugned award alongwith interest till date within 12 weeks.

As such, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause -A subject to condition of depositing entire amount of compensation under the impugned award alongwith interest till date within 12 weeks by the acquiring body.
