By this application, applicants seek permission to bring themselves on record as legal representatives of the original claimant/Sukhdeo Balu Devkar, who died on 17.11.2020. The applicant is also seeking to condone the delay of 1236 days caused in filing the present appeal. Apparently, the original claimant died after passing of the award by the Reference Court. The acquiring body filed appeal against the award, thereby adding deceased claimant.

In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). The appellants to carry out amendment in the memo of appeal within the period of three weeks.

Civil application stands disposed of.
