By this application, applicant seeks permission to bring herself on record as legal representative of the original claimant/Pandurang Balu Devkar, who died on 28.12.2015. The applicant is also seeking to condone the delay of 3285 days caused in filing the present appeal. Apparently, the original claimant died after passing of the award by the Reference Court. The acquiring body filed appeal against the award, thereby adding deceased claimant.

In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). The appellants to carry out amendment in the memo of appeal within the period of three weeks.

Civil application stands disposed of.
