Mr. S.G. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions, submits that the appellants wish to withdraw the present first appeals. Accordingly, both the first appeals are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

The court fee refund as well as refund of the amount deposited towards statutory deposit is hereby allowed as per the Rules, in both the first appeals. 4.

In view of disposal of First Appeal No. 151/2015 as withdrawn, Civil Application No. 673/2015, for grant of stay, does not survive and hence, stands disposed of accordingly.
