Heard. The present application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited in the present petition by the respondents. The amount so deposited is towards arrears of loan. The applicant is a credit society, which had advanced loan to the respondents.

Learned counsel for respondent though has opposed for permitting such withdrawal, I do not see any reason for such opposition. The application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) CA disposed of.
