Heard Mr R.V. Naiknavare, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr S.P. Sonpawale, learned counsel for the acquiring body and Mr N.T. Bhagat, learned AGP for the State.

Having regard to the nature of dispute, it is necessary to allow this application.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) The appellant/acquiring body to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased claimant Abhimanu Digambar Waghmare by making
